摘要：随着互联网的普及，电脑越来越成为人们日常生活中不可或缺的伴侣。网上购物，网上聊天，网络会议，可以说应用范围十分广泛。网络以其特有的开放性、互动性、多元性正影响着人们的行为方式和习惯。伴随着网络的产生，网络文化也悄然形成。一种称为网络非主流的文化正影响着青少年朋友。无论是对青少年的思想道德意识还是行为习惯，非主流文化都作为一种亚文化对青少年的成长带来深刻的影响。如果一旦让非主流文化形成开来，将会有越来越多的青少年迷恋非主流，那么就会影响到整个民族整体的思想道德素质。所以引导非主流文化向着健康、文明的方向发展，净化网络环境，提高青少年辨别是非的能力，是当前摆在思想政治教育工作者面前的重要课题。

Abstract：with the spread of the Internet, the computer has become more and more people daily life indispensable partner. Online shopping, chatting on the net, the network conference, can use is widespread. Network by its unique openness, interactive, diversity is affecting people's behavior and habits. Along with the network generation, network culture also quietly formation. A type called network outside the mainstream of culture is affecting young people. Both for juvenile thoughts or behavior habits, moral consciousness non-mainstreams cultures are as a subculture to teen growth brings profound effect, if once let the mainstream culture to form spreads, there will be more and more youth infatuated with non-mainstream, it will affect the whole nation the ideological and moral qualities of the whole. So guide non-mainstreams cultures toward the healthy and civilized direction, purification network environment and improve the ability of teenagers tell right from wrong, is the current education workers in front of the ideological and political important issue.

网络非主流文化在我过的产生，经历了长时间的历史过程。从最初的欧洲庞克文化到日本韩国的哈日哈韩风，到现在的非主流。可以说非主流文化是几种文化的融合，虽然其中有些唯美、个性的元素在内，但是其暴利、颓废的因素深深的影响着90后追求非主流的一代。青少年正处于价值观形成的初期，极易受到这些不良思想的侵袭，青少年的成长关系到祖国的未来，青少年肩负着中华民族伟大复兴的历史重任，所以思想政治教育工作者以及全体社会成员，要积极引导青少年正确对待网络非主流文化，为青少年成长创造良好的校园和社会环境，最大程度的减轻非主流文化对青少年的不良影响，使青少年及早的树立起正确的世界观、人生观、价值观，以应对来自各方面的挑战。
