摘要：在移动技术蓬勃发展的环境下，如何有效地将移动技术应用于教育，正在成为当今的研究热点，而大学生创新创业教育也正成为当今教育界关注的热门话题。本文采用的主要研究方法为文献查阅，以此了解移动学习的相关概念、特点，实现的技术手段。从理论方面分析移动学习应用于创新创业教育的可行性。本论文通过采用问卷调查法，了解大学生的创业需要和创业认识。结合移动学习平台的特点和创新创业教育的人才培养目标，选择符合大学生需要及适合在移动平台上呈现的课程内容，分析利用移动学习方式如何更好的为大学生创业知识学习、创新思维训练服务。

Abstract：In the circumstances of mobile technology developing rapidly, it is becoming the research focus that how to use the mobile technology availably on education. And the Innovation-entrepreneurship Education for university student is becoming the hot topic. Documents consultation is the main research method of this article. Through the method we investigate the relevant conception and characteristics, and the relevant technology of m-learning. The author analysis the feasibility of m-learning applicated in the innovation-entrepreneurship education for university student.Based on demand for entrepreneurship of university student, characteristics of m-learning, training requirement of the innovation-entrepreneurship education for university student, the author chooses curriculum content which meets the demand for entrepreneurship of university student and the characteristics of m-learning，and analysis how to make student have better learning effect in studying innovation-entrepreneurship knowledge and cultivating creative thinking with m-learning.

本文采用调查问卷，了解大学生手机使用情况及其创业认识情况。本文根据大学生的创业需要，结合移动学习平台的特点和创新创业教育的人才培养目标，确定符合大学生需要及适合在移动平台上呈现的课程内容，分析利用移动学习方式如何更好的为大学生创业知识学习、创新思维培养服务。
对大学生创新创业教育的移动课程的研究对弥补传统高校创新创业教育中的不足有一定的作用，有利于促进高校学生的个性化、专业化发展。但必须指出的是，作为一种新型的学习方式，短期内基于手机的移动学习方式不会取代传统教育形式。
