摘要：网络公开课基于资源共享原则，利用网络无远近，交叉串联的功能，在英国开放大学团队的主导下，通过电脑虚拟空间营造网络公开课程。过去，不管教室有多大，学生有多少，在网络公开课面前，它都是狭小的，现在则不同，一堂公开课可以有成百万上千万的人们观看。国外网络公开课给国内教育带来了翻天覆地的变化。既打通了全球高校之间的联络，也使高等教育走出了校门和国门,并且也在改变着在校大学生以及所有人接受高等教育的方式。国外网络公开课课程进行的如火如荼，课程日益完善，而国内网络公开课课程才刚刚开始，笔者将通过比较分析研究对国内公开课课程的发展给出合理建议。

Abstract: online classes are based on the resource sharing principle public class, using the network without the distance, and crossing in the series of function. Foreign network brings earth-shaking changes to Chinese education, also make the higher education out of school and abroad, and is also changing the way of college students and all people to accept the higher education. Foreign online public classes are increasingly perfect, and online public class in china is just beginning, the writer will earn the development of the curriculum reasonable suggestions through the comparative analysis.
