摘要:我在做数学家教过程中,针对不同问题的学生我采取不同的方式来解决他们在数学学习中的问题。主要是通过开展数学实验，来提高学生的数学学习兴趣 ；引导学生透过表面现象，抓住问题的本质，全方位，多角度地分析，研究和解决问题的能力 ；通过设置问题解答，强化学生对概念的理解,培养学生分析、探索问题的能力；通过寻找适合学生的数学学习方法，提高学生的兴趣及记忆力；通过解答数学例题的变式来提高学生观察、分析、发现的能力，扩宽学生的数学思维，激起学生的数学学习兴趣。

【Abstract】: I am make in mathematics family education process, I adopts thedifferent way in view of the different question student to solve themin mathematics study question. Mainly is through the developmentmathematics experiment, enhances student's mathematics study interest;Guides the student to penetrate the superficial phenomenon, holds thequestion the essence, omni-directional, the multi- angles analysis,studies and solves the question ability; Through the establishmentquestion explanation, strengthens the student to the concept theunderstanding, trains the student to analyze, the exploration questionability; Through seeks suits student's mathematics study method,enhances student's interest and the memory; Enhances the studentthrough the explanation mathematics sample question variant toobserve, the analysis, the discovery ability, expands the widthstudent's mathematics thought, arouses student's mathematics studyinterest.

作为一个师范类院校师范专业培养出来的大学生，在校期间可适当从事一些家教活动，一方面可以解决日常的生活问题；另一方面，积累社会经验锻炼自己，为将来的工作奠定坚实的基础。从大二开始，我一直在做家教，细细算来也有二十个了，这其中有小学的、初中的、高中的，也面对了不同性格的学生，学生的学业成绩也层次不齐。我在其中扮演了不同的角色，做了多份数学家教后，我发现在数学家教中的学生普遍存在着很多问题，最常见的就是家长与学生沟通不畅，学生没有适合自己的数学学习方法，数学学习兴趣不浓厚，没有良好的日常生活习惯等。以上存在的问题都不同程度的影响学生的数学学习成绩，这就是我在做数学家教中首先要解决的问题；其次，要与学生做好合作伙伴。其实，在我们做家教的过程中，我们既是学生的老师又是学生的合作伙伴。在现代教育教学中，合作有改善教学系统中的社会心理气氛，促进人们非认识品质的发展，提升学生的批判性思维能力，提高学生的学业成绩，提升教育教学的效能[1]。在这三年的数学家教实践中，在与这些学生的合作过程中，我付出了知识与热情，同时也收获了甘甜，也有苦涩。本文结合数学家教的实践，对数学家教中遇到的若干问题进行一些探讨。
