摘要:“鲶鱼效应”通过利用鲶鱼的“活”来激发沙丁鱼的“动”，使沙丁鱼缺氧的问题得到解决，以求存活，延长生命。这对于现在课堂气氛沉闷、老师难教、学生厌学的小学语文课堂是一种启示，教师要调动一切“活”的因素，使学生真正“动”起来，使之成为“活”与“动”的课堂。文章以人教版小学语文三年级上册的《奇怪的大石头》为例，主要从“鲶鱼效应”及其启示、构建“活性”的小学语文课堂教学的意义、巧用活性因子激活小学语文课堂三个方面，来探究能够激活小学语文课堂的活性因子，希望能够构建“活性”的小学语文课堂。
