摘 要: 学生营养餐关系着学生的健康和生长发育, 也关系着民族素质与国家未来。从2011年实施农村义务教育学生营养改善计划以来，学生营养与健康状况有了很大改善，但由于我国营养餐开展尚属起步阶段，各项制度尚不完善，人民营养意识普遍淡薄，营养餐开展过程中难免出现种种问题。本文从大理市下关镇荷花完小实际出发，调查分析了荷花完小学生营养餐的开展现状，结合国内外营养餐开展的经验为荷花完小以及其他小学改善营养餐现状提供建议。

ABSTRACT:Nutritional school meals have an impact on students' health and growth, but also on the quality of the nation and the country's future. Since 2011 the implementation of rural compulsory education student nutrition improvement program student’s nutrition and health status has been greatly improved, but the nutritional school meal’s implementing of our country is still initial section, the system is not enough perfect, people generally weak nutritional awareness, Nutritional school meals to carry out the process will inevitably lead to problems. In this thesis, under the Town Dali’s reality, investigate and analyze the nutritional school meals’ implementing of’ status quo, combined with the experience of foreign nutritional school meals for Hehua complete primary school implementing nutritional school meals as well as other primary schools to improve the status of recommendations.
