摘  要:小学课堂是小学教师进行教学和学生成长的主要场所,是实施素质教育的主要渠道,但小学课堂中失范行为普遍存在并影响着学生的学习、身心健康,也直接影响了课堂教学质量的提高。如何减少课堂失范行为的发生, 更好地完成教学目标, 是广大教师最关注的问题之一。本文主要分析了小学生不同程度的课堂失范行为产生的原因及影响,并针对性地提出了不同程度的失范行为应如何进行矫正的对策,尝试用发展的眼光去看待课堂失范行为从未发生到产生及发生后的整个发展全过程,并积极去探寻能够提高教师在课堂上有效教育策略的方式方法,从而提升课堂教学质量。

ABSTRACT:Primary school teachers of primary school classroom is the main place for teaching and students' growth, is the main channel to carry out quality education, but primary school classroom in the anomie behavior is widespread and affects the student's study, the physical and mental health, also directly affects the improvement of classroom teaching quality. How to reduce the classroom behavior anomie, to better complete the teaching goal, is one of the most concerns of the teachers. This article mainly analysis the different levels of students classroom behavior anomie causes and effects, and puts forward the different degree of anomie behavior should be how to correct countermeasures, trying to look at the classroom from the view of development after the occurrence of anomie behavior has never happened to produce and the development process, and actively to explore to improve teacher's effective education strategy in class methods, thereby improving the quality of classroom teaching.
