摘要:随着新课改的不断开展,很多教师渐渐地改变了他们一贯的教学手段,他们开始意识到合作学习对于学生的重要性,平时教学的过程中也基本上都能运用到他们的课堂之中。但是由于很多教师在理论上对合作学习的本质没有太深刻的理解,所以经常将合作学习运用成了传统的小组讨论,从而导致教学效果不佳。本文通过对合作学习的理论阐述,结合自己实习期间的实践调查,从而对初中语文课堂开展合作学习的现状进行分析,并整理出一些相应的解决措施,希望能够对教师在平时的教学过程中合理、有效地运用好合作学习具有参考意义。

我们都清楚,我国的语文教学模式一直以来都是单一死板的,这里面有很多的原因。在平时的教学过程中基本上都是教师一个人授课,学生负责学,所以在这个过程中教师怎么教,学生就怎么学,这样不仅扼杀了学生独立思考的能力,还在很大的程度限制了学生的创新能力。语文的外延与生活的外延相等,很大程度上只是一个理想的状态。在当今社会,古老的语文教学模式已不再适合现在的社会需求,教师应该教学生怎么去学习,而不是一味的去给学生们进行知识的灌输。所以新课革是必然要来临,并运用到我们的教学中来,而新课改的实质,从某种意义上说,就是一次学习方式的革命。合作学习已开展几年了,这段时间里,教师们一直没有找到合作学习的本质,就好像在摸着石头过河。
当今教育理念也认为,学习者今天在校的学习方式是与他以后在社会中的生活方式是紧密相关的,而合作学习就是其中重要的联系之一。所以,怎样合理、有效地组织学生开展合作学习已成为了大家所普遍关注的问题。
