摘要:合作学习是最早出现在20世纪70年代的美国,并在随后的10年里取得了实质性进展的教学性理论,约翰逊是主要代表人物。合作学习作为当今最主要的教学理论和策略,被称为“几十年来最重要和最成功的教学改革”。
本文在论述合作学习的概念、来源及合作学习的理论兴起和不断创新的基础上,更加注重研究合作学习在课堂中的运用,最重要的还是针对合作学习存在的问题提出有效的解决策略。在合作学习的环节中,老师和学生之间是缺一不可、相互促进的。老师要明确学生的分工和目标策略,并且明确老师自己在课堂中的角色定位,使课堂中的合作学习发展的更好,从而提高教学效率。合作学习是促进学生学会学习、学会交往的重要形式,需要我们教育从事者不断的进行探索和研究,使得这种教育方式更加的合理、更加的有实效。
我的论文共分为五个大部分:第一部分为绪论,主要介绍了合作学习的背景、前人研究的成果及本论文的主要内容;第二部分写的是合作学习的概念、来源及创新;第三部分是合作学习的现状、案例研究及存在的一些问题;第四部分主要介绍了解决第三部分问题的策略;第五部分就是结论。
教育改革是需要经过长时间积累的,世界上没有任何一种教学方式是万能的,不可能有完美的教育方法,刚出现就受到广大师生的青睐,但是作为在各国教育改革中最受重视的一项教学实践,我们只要能控制好一切对它不利的因素,就可以最有效的利用合作学习这种新的教学理念。

The reason of writing cooperative learning is presented in this paper the concept, origin and rise of cooperative learning theory and on the basis of continuous innovation, and pay more attention to study the application of cooperative learning in class, the most important is in view of the problems existing in the cooperative learning put forward effective solution strategy. Teachers and students in cooperative learning are indispensable part and promote each other. The teacher students need to have a clear division of work and the target strategy, and clear the role of himself in a classroom teacher, making the classroom cooperative learning in the development of better, thus improve teaching efficiency. My thesis is divided into five parts: The first part is introduction, mainly introduced the background of cooperative learning, the predecessors' research results and the author himself to write content; The second part is the concept of cooperative learning, source and innovation; The third part is the present situation of the cooperation study, case study and the existing problems; The fourth part mainly introduces the strategy to solve the problem of the third part; The fifth part is the conclusion, a simple when it comes to me for summary of this thesis.
Education reform is doomed to a long time of accumulation, there is no any kind of teaching way is universal, there can be no perfect education methods, just appear favored by the masses of teachers and students, but as countries in the world one of the most respected education reforms in teaching practice, as long as we can control all the adverse factors, it can be the most effective use of cooperative learning.
