摘要:本文首先从评价主体、评价内容、评价方法三个方面出发,利用模糊数学中的模糊综合评判法,抓住教学效果评价的主要因素,设定评价体系的层次结构图。通过专家咨询法,给出教学效果评价体系各指标的权重,以学生为主体对教学效果进行评价。同时,着重围绕高等学校教学效果综合评价体系,分别利用传统的指标加权平均法和模糊综合评价法建立教学效果评价的数学模型。经计算,得出了在一定条件下两模型有相似结果的重要结论。此外,结合这些模型,对教学效果评价中应注意的问题提出了几点中肯的建议。

Abstract:This paper first, from the body, the content, and the method of the evaluation, sets a hierarchy chart of the evaluation system with the method of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the fuzzy mathematics, grasping the main factors of the teaching effect  evaluation. Through consulting the experts, this article gives the weight of each index of the teaching evaluation system and evaluates the teaching effect, taking students as the main body. At the same time, focusing on the comprehensive evaluation system of the teaching effect of higher school, this essay also uses the method of the index of the weighted average and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to set the mathematical model of appraising the teaching effect and draws the conclusion, after calculation, that the two models have similar results under certain conditions. Besides, the author also gives a few modest suggestions against the problems that should be noticed in the process of appraising the teaching effect.
