【摘要】 本研究选取了有“多动”行为特征的幼儿作为个案来进行观察。研究得出该幼儿的活动量明显超过了同年龄儿童的平均水平,很多不良的习惯如果不及时进行正确的引导将会对以后的生活、学习产生很大的负面影响。其“多动”行为的形成原因,除了自身的气质类型属于偏胆汁质,大部分是受外在环境的影响。在本研究中,研究者通过对个案幼儿的深入细致的调查,试图探对多动行为的正确引导方法。

问题的提出
在幼儿园中,我们经常看到个别小朋友在集体活动中出现注意力不集中,干扰老师,不跟随老师的节奏而去做自己的事情等等一些破坏活动秩序的行为。我在实习中也亲身经历这些很令人头疼的问题。在一次中午休息时间,我向我的幼儿园指导老师J老师请教了“在遇到这类有‘多动’行为的幼儿时我该怎么做”,J老师简单的提了两点建议,一点是请配班老师干预,二是忽视。也许是当时只是简单的交谈,所以J老师只是简单的说了一些建议,但是我知道,这并不是我想得到的答案。“多动”行为作为幼儿众多问题行为中的一种,大多是由于幼儿的自我控制能力差引起的,常常表现为过度兴奋,影响日常活动秩序,注意力很容易受环境的干扰而分心,常常因为一些小事而产生过度的情绪冲动。如果不加以及时的正确干预和引导,将会对其今后好的行为习惯、规则意识等一系列良好品质的养成产生很大的负面影响。
