摘要:“领导”这一概念涉及到幼儿,我们一般都想到成人与幼儿,或者教师与幼儿,往往会忽略幼儿与幼儿这一平行的层面,但实际这确实真实而又频繁地出现着,并且引起了大家的关注。本研究主要采用观察法、访谈法等,对幼儿的一日生活加以观察记录分析,研究在幼儿同伴群体这一自由平等的关系中,幼儿地位、分工的差别,及其中占主导地位的领导者的表现及其形成因素。

Abstract:The concept of "Leadership" related to child care, we generally think of adult and children, or teachers with children, tend to ignore this parallel level of chilled care, but actually it is indeed real and has appeared frequently with, and caused everyone's attention. This study used observation, interviews, and so on, to be observed and recorded the daily life of children, child peer group relationship of freedom and equality, child care position, the difference between division of labor, and its dominant leader performance and form factor.

“领导”这一概念涉及到幼儿,我们一般都想到成人与幼儿,或者教师与幼儿,往往会忽略幼儿与幼儿这一层面,但实际这确实真实而又频繁地出现着。在幼儿园,我曾看到一个小班的女孩,在该班的幼儿群体中处于绝对的领导地位,这个女孩经常受到老师的表扬,得到大家的关注,她的意见大多都会被采纳,回答大多被幼儿认为是正确的,其他幼儿都乐于和她一起玩游戏,听从她的指挥和安排,看到这样的一个小朋友我十分震惊,想到底是什么因素造就出这样一个年仅5岁的小女孩,这样的好奇让我开始慢慢关注幼儿园中这样的幼儿,但由于这样的幼儿还是少数,于是我选择了中班一名幼儿开始探究。
