[摘要] 常规教育是幼儿园教育的重要组成部分。本研究选取某幼儿园大班进餐及睡眠环节的常规教育进行个案研究，采用观察法记录并归纳常规教育的主要内容及方法，概括该班常规教育的基本特点。针对常规教育内容的合理性、常规教育方法的可接受性及其效果进一步进行分析，并给出相关建议。

[Abstract] Conventional education is an important part of kindergarten education.This study selected the top class in a kindergarten to dine and sleep link routine education a case study, using the observation records and summarizes the main contents and methods of conventional education, summarizes the basic characteristics of conventional education class.According to the conventional education content, education method of rationality of conventional acceptability and effect further analysis, and gives relevant suggestions.

研究者将会把实习班级的教师作为研究对象，主要研究教师对幼儿常规的内容和方法。在实习的过程中，研究者发现教师十分重视进餐和睡眠活动，教师对于这两种活动所制定的规则比较细，管理的方法也比较多，所以研究者决定从这两种活动入手。幸运的是研究者所实习班级的主班教师是一位有着将近30年教龄的老教师，她有着十分丰富的教学经验，并且她非常重视幼儿的常规管理，对幼儿的常规教育有着自己的一套方法，只要是她带过的班级，幼儿的常规都是比较好的。
因此，研究者决定对这位教师进行个案研究，通过亲身的体验和观察，收集资料来解决研究者所想解决的问题。
