Abstract:With the deepening of the reform of teaching, people begin to attach importance to learning motivation, however, currently, in the high senior English teaching and work, teachers often face with the students who lose interest in learning, lack of motivation, as well as produce some sense of loss caused by some reasons and even give up the English learning. Therefore finding out the key factors which influence the English learning motivation and how to stimulate students’ learning motivation are in great need. Through distributing the questionnaires in the Mingzu middle school in Tengchong state, some data gathered, after analysis of the data, a lot of problems will be discovered,some students’ English motivation is instruments motivation, the successful students have the intrinsic motivation ,the unsuccessful students have the extrinsic motivation and, in order to help the students change and sustain the motivation, and find out the reasons why the different motivations exist and what affect the motivation, the research firstly discuss the importance of learning motivation and motivation classification, and mainly focus on analysis the key factors which influence the learning motivation, and there are major several factors summarized as following : (1). learning interest. (2).learning anxiety. (3.)self-efficiency. (4).attribution on success and failure. (5).teaching method. Secondly, in order to stimulate the students’learning motivation further and make the students have a good prosperous in English, the article combine the existing problem and the situation of teaching, the condition of the students and the teaching method, then put forward some valuable suggestions: (1) Building up a supportive learning environment. (2) Strengthening the emotional exchange. (3) Right attribution on English learning result.

中文摘要:随着教育改革的深化,学习动机已经开始成为备受人们关注的对象 。但是,在目前的高中英语教学和工作中,教师经常会面对一些没有学习兴趣、缺乏学习动机,以及由于各种原因在学习中产生失落感甚至放弃英语学习的学生。 因此,分析影响英语学习动机的重要因素和如何激发学生学习动机是一个迫在眉睫的问题 。通过对腾冲县民族中学的高中生的问卷调查 ,收集相关的可信数据 ,在分析了数据之后,发现存在许多的问题,许多学生的学习动机是工具型动机 ,成功学习者有内在动机,不成功的学习者有外在的动机,为了帮助学生改变和维持学习动机,找出存在不同学习动机的原因,分析影响学习动机的因素,本文首先讨论了学习动机的意义和分类 ,着眼于分析影响学生学习动机的主要因素,如下是影响学习动机的一些主要因素:(1)学习兴趣(2)学习焦虑(3)自我效能(4)正确的归因 (5)教师的教学方法。其次,为了进一步激发学生的动机,让他们在英语方面有一个好的前景, 本文结合目前存在的问题和教学形式,学生的情况和教学方法 ,提出了一些可行的建议:(1)建立轻松的学习环境(2) 加强情感交流(3) 对英语学习进行正确的归因 (4) 自我效能
