Abstract: The good quality of the trademark translation will directly affect the success of the international marketing activities, and cultural differences increase the difficulty of trademark translation. The translation of automobile brand name is not only a simple transformational process of the two languages; it is a process of the cross-cultural communication. This study aims to analyze the similarities and differences between the national cultures, get the understanding of the automobile brands according to explore the influence of cultural differences on the automobile brand name translation, and put forward the three translation methods, transliteration, literal translation and free translation and aims to maximize reflect the value of the automobile brands and create more economic benefits for the enterprise.

摘要:商标翻译的好坏直接影响跨国营销活动的成败, 而文化的差异增加了商标翻译的难度。汽车商标词的翻译不仅是简单的两种语言转换的过程, 更是一种跨文化交流的过程。本文通过探究文化差异对于汽车品牌翻译的影响,旨在分析各国文化之间异同之处,加深对汽车品牌的了解,并提出音译,直译和意译三种翻译方法,以便最大程度上体现汽车品牌的价值,为企业创造出更多经济效益。
