Abstract: This paper is based on the analysis of the emotional factors, which may have influence on the fluency of spoken English, and reveals how to use the influence to improve oral English scientifically. This article attempts to find the practical mothodology to develop and improve students’ oral English, in order to realize the goal of English teaching and develop talented people with high English communication skills.

摘要：本文立足于分析情感因素对英语口语流利性的影响，揭示如何科学利用其影响来提高英语口语的流利性，探讨获得、发展和提高我国学生英语口语流利性的切实可行的、科学的教育方法，促进实现英语教学目标，培养具有英语交际能力的人才。
