Abstract:This paper is dedicated to exploring C. S. Lewis’s literary design of Lucy in The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. From the analysis, we can find that courage plays a significant role in the character of Lucy. It is the impetus that urges her to overcome a lot of difficulties, and finally helps her to become Queen Lucy the Valiant.
The paper will try to find out how Lucy becomes Queen Lucy the Valiant from an innocent little girl. The first part is to illustrate how the sense of justice, confidence and love become the origin of Lucy’s courage. The second part mainly describes the courageous acts of Lucy, and the impact of these acts on the development of the story.

摘要:本论文主要关注并分析英国著名儿童文学家C.S.路易斯《狮子，女巫和橱柜》中露西这一人物。路易斯在这本小说种刻画了很多的人物和动物形象。但是露西在小说中占据非常重要，无法取代的地位。本文将主要说明在这段纳尼亚的探险中，勇气是促使露西战胜一切困难的驱动力，最终使露西成为勇敢女王。本文将分为三个部分来诠释露西是怎样从一名天真的小女孩成为纳尼亚王国的勇敢女王这一过程。第一部分是从勇气的来源角度阐释了正义感，信心以及爱对露西人物性格的影响。第二部分主要描述露西的勇敢，正义之举对故事发展的作用。第三部分揭示了勇气对露西的最终作用，那就是促使她战胜困难并最终成为了勇敢女王。
