Abstract:English has been widely used in the world, as a student, to learn English well is very important. The classroom teaching is the best way for the student to learn English. How to teach the students well? Many English teachers pay more attention to this problem, of course interaction between the teacher and the students in an English class is very important, that is, the teacher should show their emotion in English-teaching and make English class full of fun, and try their best to communicate with the students, as we know interest is the best teacher for a language learner. The teacher should make the students study with interest all the time;otherwise they will treat the learning as a heavy burden.
In short words the interaction between the students and the teacher in an English class plays an important role.

摘 要:随着社会的进步和发展，英语成为了世界上使用最广泛的语言，作为中学生学好英语是很必要的。
当然对于初中生来说，课堂教学是学好英语的最有用的方法。现在的许多老师在考虑如何教好学生，让学生学好英语，显然，课堂教师角色的转变是很重要的。
老师要注意课堂师生的互动，换句话说也就是老师要及时和学生交流，老生要表现出对学生的关爱，让英语课堂充满趣味性，让学生快乐学习。
众所周知，兴趣是最好的老师，尤其是对于一个语言学习者来说。老师只有让学生一直保持着高昂的学习兴趣，那样他们才不会把学习当作沉重的负担。这样也从一些方面说明了初中英语课堂上师生互动的重要性。
