Abstract:Learning autonomy means learners can manage their learning behavior, set up study goals, make study plans, choose study method, supervise study process and the implement of study plans and the exercise and development of study skills, and self check-up and evaluate according to one’s condition. Foreign language learning strategies mainly mean metacognitive strategies, cognitive strategies, socio-affective strategies and social strategies. Without good learning strategies as a guidance, learning autonomy will be short of efficiency, and only efficient learning strategies can promote learning autonomy. Because in college English teaching and learning, teachers need to insist on using metacognitive strategies, cognitive strategies and socio-affective strategies flexibly, and ensure that teachers combine language learning contents with training of all kinds of strategies. Then English learning autonomy of students can be improved and the effect of college teaching and learning can be improved efficiently.

摘要:自主学习指学习者能够管理自己的学习行为,根据自己的学习情况确立学习目标、制订学习计划、选择学习方式、监控学习过程、监控学习计划的实施以及学习技能的运用和发展,自我检查评估,逐步发展。外语学习策略主要指元认知策略、认知策略、情感策略、社会策略。没有好的学习策略引导自主性学习,自主性学习将会是缺乏效率的,有效的学习策略才能促进自主性学习,因为在大学英语教学中,坚持元认知策略、认知策略与情感策略培养交叉进行,保证语言学习内容与各项策略培训有机结合,就能有力地提高学生自主学习英语的能力,就能有效地提高大学英语教与学的成效。
