Abstract: With the development of global English, English varieties are under developing. This study aims to investigate the developing procedure of English as a lingua franca. It introduces types of English, such as New Zealand English , South Africa English and etc, and mainly studies China English, as a new English variety in the world. This essay compares China English to Chinglish and states the reasonable factors of the existence of China English. It is not an interlanguage and the number of users is increasing. Besides, China English has rich contents such as in films, cultures and so on. This essay admit China English, which use loong to replace dragon and wushu to replace boxing, can bring many advantages to the development of Chinese culture. The essay gives inspiration in English education and Chinese English learners should learn the core of English. When Chinese students are learning English, they should know other English varieties and make every effort to develop China English.

摘要：随着英语全球化的产生，英语变体应运而生。本文综述了英语作为一种全球通用语的发展历程，介绍了英语变体的类别，如新西兰英语，南非英语等。以及产生的原因，重点研究了作为英语变体之一的中国英语。将中国英语与中式英语作了比较，给出了中国英语存在的合理性，即中国英语并不是一种中介语，其使用人口和影响力逐年扩大以及其内容丰富。本文承认中国英语，例如用loong（龙）代替dragon，wushu（武术）代替boxing对于中国文化的发展带来很多好处。此外本文给出了对于英语学习的相关启示，即中国英语学习者应牢牢掌握核心英语，在学习各国英语变体的同时将有中国特色的英语发扬光大。
