Abstract：Chinese Import and Export Commodities Fair (Canton Fair) will have its 111th session in April 2014. With the rapid development of Chinese economy, Canton Fair is bigger and bigger. The thesis mainly discusses Canton Fair’s development in the global financial crisis. It first studies general situation and development of Canton Fair through some official statistics, and then explores its existing problems and influences of global financial crisis on Canton Fair. How the existing problems are solved will have great effects on its development in future. Finally the author puts forward some strategies to the development of Canton Fair under the financial crisis according to its difficulties.

中文摘要：中国进出口商品交易会（简称广交会）2014年4月即将迎来第111届。随着中国经济向纵深发展以及金融危机带来的影响。本文分析了广交会在金融危机冲击下的发展策略。背负着成功历史的广交会，它如何解决现在的问题，对其将来的发展起着举足轻重的作用。通过查询广交会的官方统计数据，从经济角度分析了广交会的现状和发展；探讨广交会发展过程中存在的问题以及金融危机对广交会的影响；从而探索广交会谋求发展之路。
