Abstract
With the rapid development of Chinese tourism, Chinese-English introduction texts in scenic spots in China has become particularly important nowadays. This paper analyses the application of Skopostheorie to the C-E translation of tourist introduction texts and the problems in the C-E translation, with an aim to find proper translation strategies to improve the translation quality.
