Abstract: This paper analyzes the structure and language features of porcelain names, finds the acceptable translated version and puts forward the most appropriate translation methods, by taking Southern Song Guan kiln museum as an example and through questionnaire and survey. It is hoped that this study will regulate the translation of porcelain names, improve the appreciation of Chinese porcelain and promote cultural exchange.
