Abstract: Cosmetics instruction is used to introduce ingredients, function and usage of cosmetics to consumers with writing material. Cosmetics instruction is very important for people to know about these products and stimulate people to buy the products through specific introduction and evaluation. As a result, it will help improve the selling of products. Therefore, translation of Cosmetics instruction is very significant. This paper is under the guidance of both Nida’s and Vermeer’s theories to point out some translation principles, namely, honesty principle, accuracy and simplicity principle and principle of attracting consumers.
