本文拟以描述的方法，以人人影视字幕组为例，研究中国字幕组翻译现状，将字幕组成立至今的发展过程和字幕翻译的不断成熟为描述对象，着重点放在字幕组的发展阶段过程和其所面临的困境以及他的发展策略等方面。
