摘要:世界经济全球化、国际化的今天,制造业是朝阳产业。在这样一个欣欣向荣的朝阳产业里,工业工程是必不可少的。现场管理是工业工程在制造企业应用的重要内容,是企业提升整体竞争力的重要前提,更是企业创造财富的源泉。
本文对现场管理的概念和内容、5S管理的来源、内容、作用做了简要的介绍,结合我国制造企业的现状进行分析发现其现场存在的问题,以及实施5S以后现场管理所取得的成果。在理论的基础上,本文将对无锡和通金属公司的现场管理特点、流程以及它的5S管理进行研究分析,在验证理论的同时,也为大部分制造企业提供了一个现场管理实施的思路和措施。通过将5S现场管理方法应用于和同金属公司,研究5S的推行与发展,将5S管理的方法与企业的文化、特点、现状想结合,提高生产质量,生产效率,为企业创造效益价值。5S是一项理论上非常浅显易懂而实际操作上又非常注重技巧的现场管理方法,因此本文的介绍主要关注的是对实际做法的展现,希望能给有关的企业和管理人员以实际操作上的借鉴和帮助。

ABSTRACT:Today, with the globalization and internationalization of world economic, manufacturing industry is a sunrise industry. In such a flourishing sunrise industry, industrial engineering is indispensable. On-site management is the important content of industrial engineering in manufacturing enterprises. It is not only an important premise of enterprise overall competitiveness, but also the source of enterprises to create wealth.
This paper gives a brief introduction about the concept and contents of spot management, and the source, content, effect of 5S management. Combined with the status quo of Chinese manufacturing enterprise,paper carries on the analysis about the problems existing in the field, and the results after implementation of 5S on-site management. On the basis of the theory, this article will analyze site management features, processes and 5S management of Wuxi and metal products manufacturing company. At the same time, it also provides a field for most of the manufacturing enterprise management ideas and measures for its implementation. Through the implementation of 5S spot management method to metal companies, study the research and development, combine 5S management method with enterprise culture, characteristics,and status quo to improve the production quality and production efficiency, to create benefit for enterprise value. 5S is an easy understanding theory but request many technique during the practice. This paper paid more attention to the way of practice. Hope this paper can be very useful for the other company in their management.

伴随着经济全球化和我国加入WTO的新形势,我国制造业面临着来自各方面的巨大压力。生产现场是企业直接创造效益的场所,是企业所有信息的原始发源地,也是各种问题萌芽产生的场所。所以研究生产车间的现场管理成为加强制造企业国际竞争力的一条重要途径。如何强化生产车间的现场管理,提高人员素质,保证安全生产和质量合格,提高生产效率,降低生产成本,是制造业发展的当务之急。
本文通过对5S现场管理的内容和含义的理论分析,结合在无锡和通金属制品制造有限公司的实例,发现我国生产制造业在现场5S管理中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出相应的对策方法。从实证分析的角度说明制造业如何推行5S现场管理,为其他制造企业提供推行5S现场管理的借鉴。
