摘要:随着经济全球一体化与08年金融危机的爆发，企业的竞争日趋剧烈，企业的运营系统在社会市场经济的导向下渐渐转型与变革。当前形势对于中小企业来说既是一种机遇也是一种挑战。我国中小企业本身规模小、技术缺乏、竞争力不足，在与大企业相抗衡时力不从心，为了适应这些变化，精益生产作为一种新的生产管理组织方式应运而生，它能有效的识别整个企业的价值流，消除浪费、消除非增值环节，以最低的成本最高的质量和最及时的交货速度使客户满意度最大化，它是对企业生存发展进行根本性的考核和关键性的再设计，所以精益生产对于企业特别是我国的中小企业的发展和整体的竞争力提升有着关键的支持作用。
本文以精益生产为研究对象，分析了我国中小企业的现状，简单介绍了精益生产的相关理论，再结合X公司的案例进行分析，从人、机、料、法、环五个方面指出影响X公司竞争力的关键因素，对X公司存在的问题进行了分析，最后针对X公司的问题提出有效的精益生产方案。

ABSTRACT:With economic globalization and the 2008 financial crisis, companies increasingly competitive, enterprises operating systems in the social market economy-oriented transformation and change gradually under.The current situation for SMEs is both an opportunity and a challenge.SMEs in China itself is small scale, lack of technology, lack of competitiveness,.in time to compete with large enterprises powerless,In order to adapt to these changes,Lean Production management as a new organization came into being.It can effectively identify the entire enterprise value stream, eliminating waste, eliminating non-value-added chain, at the lowest cost highest quality and most timely delivery speed so that maximize customer satisfaction.It is the survival and development of enterprises, and critical assessment of a fundamental redesign, so Lean Production for enterprises, especially SMEs in China's development and overall competitiveness has a key supporting role.
In this paper, Lean Production as the research object, analyzes the current situation of SMEs, a brief introduction to the theory of Lean Production, combined with the analysis of Company X's case,from the human, machine, material, method, environment, five pointed affect the competitiveness of Company X key factor for Company X analyzes the problems, the last question for Company X to propose effective lean manufacturing program.

本课题研究了精益生产在中小型企业的应用，并结合X公司的案例，对其问题进行了分析提出了精益生产方案，并且X公司通过实施精益生产方案取得了显著的精益化效果。但是出于本科生知识的局限性，专业领域深度不够与时间的有限，笔者所能取得的成果只能局限于此。其实，要将精益生产导入到中小企业的生产运营，实现精益企业并不是一件容易的事，因为企业要实现精益生产必须要企业的每个部门，每一个成员都参与进来，并且将精益思想渗透到企业的每一项活动中。而且，精益生产是一项尽善尽美的过程，是需要持续改善的。虽然X公司在推行精益生产之后，并未赢得丰厚的利润，取得“立竿见影”的成效，但是，精益生产作为一种先进的生产管理方式，只要X公司能坚定不移的实施精益方案，我相信X公司最终能走上安全、健康的可持续发展道路，赢得成功的未来。在成功的道路上不论路途遥远还是布满荆棘，只要坚定不移，总有一天会成功的。
