摘要:木塑复合材料是利用热塑性塑料,像聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯以及它们的共聚物作为基体材料,从中加入木粉来达到增强效果的一类新型复合材料。但是木粉与热塑性树脂的相容性较差,加工困难。本论文通过改变木塑复合材料中的木粉含量来研究木粉用量对木塑复合材料的力学和其他性能的影响。实验结果表明:随着木塑复合材料中的木粉含量的增加,复合材料的拉伸、弯曲、热变形温度等力学性能得到改善;而木塑复合材料的剪切稀化程度随木粉的含量的增加而增加,其流动性却随之降低。除此之外,本论文还通过加入PP-g-MAH来进一步提高木塑复合材料的综合性能,研究了PP-g-MAH的加入对木塑材料的力学性能及其他性能的影响。结果表明:PP-g-MAH的加入显著提高了木塑材料的力学性能,而随着PP-g-MAH的加入,木塑材料的剪切稀化程度以及流动性能的变化程度不大。

Abstract:Wood flour composites is a kind of new materials, which is made of thermoplastic plastic, just like polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride and copolymers as matrix materials fixing with wood to enhance performance. However, the polarity berween wood flour and thermoplastic resin are different, so the compatibility of them was bad. In this research, high density polyethylene/wood flour composites to modify their mechanical and rheology properties were studied. With the experiment we draw a conclusion that the mechanical properties of composite materials such as tensile, bending, impact and heat deflection temperature were improved as wood flour dosage was increased; The degree of shear thinning of the melting of HDPE/wood flour composites was also improved while the flow properties of composites was reduced. In addition PP-g-MAH was used as adhesive to investigate the effect on mechanical and rheology properties of composite materials. Results showed that PP-g-MAH could improve the mechanical properties of composites obviously , the degree of shear thinning of the melting of HDPE/wood flour composites had little change as PP-g-MAH dosage was increased and the flow properties of composites was basically unchanged.
