摘要:本文采用热塑性弹性体乙烯-1-辛烯共聚物(POE)作为聚乳酸(PLA)的增韧改性剂,利用密炼机熔融混炼制备了PLA/POE共混合金。并且用熔融法制备POE接枝MAH,利用红外光谱对其结构进行表征。详细研究了POE及POE-g-MAH、EMA-g-GMA含量对PLA/POE共混合金性能的影响。通过力学性能、熔体流动速率测试以及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等研究了共混合金的力学性能、加工流动性能和微观形态结构。结果表明,POE对PLA具有一定的增韧作用。POE-g-EMA、EMA-g-GMA的加入改善了PLA和POE两相的相容性,使PLA/POE共混合金的增韧效果更好,同时也改善了共混合金的力学性能和加工流动性,其中EMA-g-GMA的增容效果更好。且当PLA、POE、POE-g-MAH的质量比为92:6.8:1.2时,共混合金的缺口冲击强度为纯PLA的3.3倍,共混合金的综合性能最佳。当PLA、POE、EMA-g-GMA质量比为92:6.4:1.6时,共混合金的缺口冲击强度为纯PLA的3.7倍,此时共混合金的综合性能最佳。

Abstract:POE was used as modifier of PLA, the PLA/POE blends was prepared by means of internal mixer in melt blending. MAH grafting POE was prepared by melting process and the structure was studied by IR. The influence of PLA/POE blends′ performance on the properties of POE, POE-g-MAH, EMA-g-GMA was studied in detail. Mechanical, processing flow and morphological properties of PLA/POE blends were respectively studied by using mechanical property test, melt flow rate test, SME etc. The results showed that POE has a toughening effect on PLA. POE-g-MAH、EMA-g-GMA improved the PLA and POE phases of the compatibility of PLA/POE blends, the toughening effect is better, and also improve the blends mechanical properties and processing fluidity, which EMA-g-GMA toughened better. When the PLA:POE:POE-g-MAH mass ratio was 92:6.8:1.2, the blends of notched impact strength for pure PLA 3.3 times, then blend the best comprehensive performance. When the PLA:POE:EMA-g-GMA mass ratio was 92:6.4:1.6, the blends of notched impact strength for pure PLA 3.7 times, then blend the best comprehensive performance.
