摘要:烧结配料是烧结过程中一个非常重要的环节,是获得优质烧结矿的前提。它工作的顺利与否直接影响了烧结成分的稳定性,进而影响高炉顺行、生铁产量以及焦比。因而设计一个配料准确、运行可靠和性能稳定的配料系统是很必要的。

   通过对本课题进行系统的分析,搜集查阅与烧结配料系统工艺相关的书籍、期刊、论文等,了解烧结配料系统。在结合国内外烧结厂烧结配料系统实例和发展情况以及指导教师指导设计与105m2烧结机配套的配料系统。

   本文采用的配料原材料是含铁原料为混匀精矿,熔剂为石灰石和白云石,燃料为无烟煤和焦炭的混合燃料。本设计完成主要分为以下几步:选择合适的配料系统工艺流程,画配料系统工艺流程图,本设计配料方式为集中式,配料方法采用重量配料法;配料计算和物料流量计算,配料计算方法使用线性规划配料计算法;依据配料系统工艺流程及相关计算选择配料设备;设计配料室,本设计配料室的配置分为单列,后画配料室设备配置图。设计结果获得了与105m2烧结机配套的配料系统,其运行可靠,性能稳定, 功能齐全,易控制操作方便,自动化水平高。

ABSTRACT:Sintering burdening is a very important link in the sintering process, is the prerequisite to obtain high quality sinter. This work has a direct impact on the stability of sintered components, thereby affecting the BF operation, the production of iron and coke ratio. So designing a batching accuracy, reliable operation and stable performance of the batching system is very necessary.

   Through the systematic analysis of this topic, collecting related with process of sintering proportioning system books, journals, papers, understand the batching system. In the combination of sintering burdening system at home and abroad in sintering plant of examples and development as well as the design and 105m2 sintering machine matching guidance teachers in batching system.

   Proportioning of raw materials used in this paper is the material containing iron as the mixed concentrate, flux limestone and dolomite, fuel mixed fuel anthracite and coke. The design is mainly divided into the following steps: selecting ingredients system suitable process, painting process of batching system diagram, the design of batching way is centralized, ingredients by weight batching method; computational burden calculation and material flow, burden calculation method using linear programming method of burden calculation; on the basis of batching system process and related calculation selection of mixing equipment; design of batching chamber, the design of batching chamber configuration is divided into separate, draw ingredients room equipment configuration diagram. Design results obtained batching system matched with 105m2 sintering machine, the operation is reliable, stable performance, complete functions, easy control, convenient operation, high automation level.
