摘要:随着工业的发展,冲压成型工艺在机械工业、电子工业、航天航空工业、生物领域及日 用品的生产中占十分重要的地位,应用非常广泛。本文主要通过参考以往文献对电机转子 冲压模进行优化设计,通过使用 AUTO CAD 软件进行辅助,使设计做到专业化和标准化。本 文主要针对电机转子的凸、凹模和复合模,通过应用大学中所掌握的模具设计知识和参考 大量有关的模具设计的资料,对凸、凹模和复合模进行系统的、专业的设计。并参考国家 标准或行业标准对模柄、上模座、下模座、连接销、止转销、卸料板等进行重新设计,力 求做到模具在生产过程中能做到标准化和专业化,降低模具的生产成本和提高模具的使用 寿命。

  本文的电机转子冲压模主要通过参考现今领先的定子冲压模进行针对性设计,模具设计 的整个冲压过程工序为:冲孔—冲硅钢片外圆和槽形。通过首先冲孔,并利用以孔作为定 位基准完成后续工序,因为先冲孔然后再落料和冲槽,这样就做的好处在于,电机转子硅 钢片在整个冲压过程中只需一次定位,这既避免了同时冲压过程中板料的滑移,造成冲压 误差过大,又可避免级进模冲压过程中多次定位而造成误差,能很好地保证零件的精度和 同轴度,并能减少冲片表面毛刺。根据过往类似设计数据所得,定子冲片同心度误差能减 少 0.03mm~O.05mm,使得电机转子在运行时更加可靠。

Abstract:With the development of industry,the impact briquetting craft occupies a very important position and is widely used in the field of Machinery Industry、Electronics Industry、Aerospace Industry、Biology and Commodity.This paper makes optimum design for the rotor’s stamping die by referring to the previous literature.The aid of the AUTO CAD software makes the design professional and standard.This paper mainly focuses on the rotor’s punch, die and compound die by applying the mould design knowledge taught in college and referring to lots of related data. At the same time, it redesignes the shank、the upper shoe、the lower shoe、the connection pin、the locating pin and the stripper plate to ensure the mould to be standard and professional , reduce the rotor’s cost of production and increase the rotor’s service life.

  The rotor’s stamping die in this paper is designed by referring to the nowadays leading stator stamping die.The whole stamping process of the mould design includes piercing , silicon steel sheet’s cylindrical and trough stamping. First, piercing and use the hole as the position reference to complete the follow-up process. Piercing firstly, then blanking and slotting. The advantage of doing this is that the rotor’s silicon steel sheet only needs to be located once in  the whole process. And this can not only avoid the sheet’s slippage, which causes the excessive  error during the stamping ,but also avoid the error caused by the multi-stage tool’s repeating location,so it can well guarantee the parts’ accuracy and concentricity, reduce the burr  on the sheet surface. According to the previous similar design data, the error of the stator laminations’s concentricity can reduce by 0.03 to 0.05 millimeter , which makes the rotor more reliable while running.
