摘要:本文结合理论知识联系本人在平安保险公司车险查勘实习体会，介绍车险现场查 勘的基本知识以及对车辆碰撞进行分析研究；现场查勘就是对交通事故进行定性、定 责、定损的过程。随着我国汽车保有量的不断攀升，购买平安车险的客户不断增加， 针对现场查勘的内容和意义，本文通过多方面对平安车险现场查勘进行介绍，让人们 对平安车险现场查勘有一个系统的认知。
本文先简要概述了现场查勘的概况、现场查勘的意义和特点，再进一步说明现场 查勘的依据和常用的方法以及对现场评估的技巧、现场查勘技术的和碰撞的分析，然 后利用理论知识结合两个实际例子综合分析平安现场查勘的工作内容，最后提出平安 现场查勘中存在的问题以及对其进行解决问题的策略分析。
本课题在将车险现场查勘的基础知识系统地介绍给读者的基础上，重点就车辆碰 撞现场查勘进行分析研究，使读过这篇文章的人对汽车现场查勘有一个初步的认知， 在车辆出险后能更好地处理和地配合查勘员进行查勘；本文章还适合于汽车 4S 店中 从事保险理赔工作岗位相关人员参考。然而现场查勘是一项非常复杂的工作，本文未 能详尽地做出分析和研究还需今后再进一步进行深入研究。
最后，对本文研究工作进行了总结，并对下一步的研究工作进行展望。

Abstract:This paper links the theoretical knowledge in touch Ping An Insurance Automobile Insurance survey internship experience, provides details of vehicle insurance on-site survey technique of basic knowledge and analysis of vehicle collision; Field survey is conducted qualitative traffic accidents, and damage the process. With car ownership in China continue to rise, people buy Ping An vehicle insurance is increasing, contrapose the matter and signification of field survey, this article describes many aspects to introduce the field survey of Ping An, let people to perception the Ping An insurance field surverys.
This article first briefly outlines the profile of field survey, the meaning an characteristics of field survey. At last link the knowledge to work content of Ping An, enumerate two cases to introduce the field survey of Ping An, Finally, Ping An on-site survey of existing problems and carry out strategies for solving problems of their analysis.
The subject site survey in the basics of auto insurance system to introduce to the reader, based on field survey focused on the analysis of vehicle collision study,let the readers have an initial awareness the automotive field surveys, after dangerous condition of the vehicle handle better cooperate with survey members to survey; this article also suit for 4s automobile store for car insurance claims jobs related personnel. Howerver,field is a very complex tesk, This article can not detail the analysis and research needed to make further in-depth study in the future.
