摘要:虽然保险公司的保险理赔是面向车主的,但车主需要通过在维修厂维修事故车辆 后得到的发票递交给保险公司才得以索赔,如此就从中出现了第三方——维修厂的参 与。就此本文详细介绍了维修厂与事故车辆保险理赔两者的相互作用和相互影响,并 针对出现在保险公司与车主间的维修厂进行了其与保险理赔过程中的一系列影响的 探究和分析;而且针对分析出的两个难题提出了“分类接收”和“价钱补差”这对应 的两种解决措施。
“分类接收”是针对出租车等低档车型,按车型本身价格和保险公司给予的价格 以及根据自身维修厂档次选择是否接收进厂维修。“价钱补差”是基于总的赔偿价格 不变或配件价格赔偿不变的前提下,增加修复喷漆和工时等的赔偿费用来补偿更换配 件所产生的差额。
首先对汽车保险理赔在维修厂的流程与特点进行简单介绍和分析;而后分析在维 修厂里进行汽车保险理赔的案例,并找出问题所在;接着根据分析实际案例中得出的 问题与相关数据提出“分类接收”和“价钱补差”这两种方案措施;最后把解决措施 带入案例作分析验证和比较。
带入案例应用后的结果表明,“分类接收”虽然不太让车主们接受,但对于维修 厂本身也不失为一个应对措施,“价钱补差”容易为维修厂与车主们接受,而且是较 为有效的一个解决措施。

Abstract:Although the insurance company for insurance claims faces to the vehicle owners,the vehicle owners need to get the invoice, which comes from the vehicle shop after repair, to the insurance company for insurance claims, so here come the third-party - the vehicle repair shop. This paper describes the vehicle repair shop and insurance claims by the accident vehicle interaction and mutual influence between them, and inquiry and analysis for the vehicle repair shop, which appear between the insurance companies and the vehicle owners, a series of effects with the insurance claims process; and for the two problems come from the analysis, proposed "category to receive "and" price compensation balance" this corresponds to two solutions.
The “category to receive” aims at the low-end vehicle like the taxi, according to the price model itself and the price of the insurance company and according to the grades of the vehicle repair shop to choose whether to receive into the shop for maintenance. The “price compensation balance” is based on the total price of the claims constant or accessories price compensation constant, increase the price of repair and spray painting and working hours, to compensate for the difference of the replacement parts.
Take a simple introduction and analysis of the automobile insurance claims process and features in the vehicle repair shop in first; And then analyzed the case of the car insurance of the claims in the vehicle repair shop, and identify the problems; Then according to the issues and related data by analysis actual case to advance the "category to receive" and the "price compensation balance", this two measures; Finally, take the measures into the case for validation and comparative analysis.
The results into the case after application show that, although "category to receive" not allow vehicle owners to accept, but for the vehicle repair shop itself be a response; “price compensation balance” easily vehicle repair shop and vehicle owners to accept, and is a more effective solutions.
