摘 要:鉴于我国目前燃煤排放SO2、NOx和Hg造成的环境污染严重状况,干法同时脱除技术具有脱除效率高、成本低、无二次污染以及便于布置等优点,特别是活性焦/炭作为一种新型的炭质催化吸附材料,本身具有非极性、疏水性、较高的化学稳定性和热稳定性,可进行活化和改进性,加上它的催化能力、负载性能和还原性能以及独特的孔隙结构和表面化学特性,这就决定了活性炭作为一种脱硫脱硝剂具有非常好的先天条件。可以实现联合脱除SO2、NO 和粉尘的一体化。
虽然从上世纪60年代起国外已开始研制活性焦,近年来国内外开始研究将其用于烟气净化,已取得了一些成果。其主要对脱除单种污染物的研究较多,但对于吸附氧化除汞研究较少,同时脱除SO2/NOx/Hg的情况则比较复杂,目前这方面的研究更少,因此仍有不少问题值得深入探讨。
本课题提出了利用活性焦/炭同时脱除SO2/NOx/Hg的技术方案,并深入研究了活性焦同时脱硫、脱硝和除汞的表面吸附过程和吸附机理,以及脱除性能。本课题的研究开拓了活性焦/炭这种新型材料在大气污染控制工程中同时脱除多种污染物的环保应用前景,将对我国的燃煤污染物治理技术的发展及国产化有着重大的意义。

Abstract:In the light of China's currently serious situation of environmental pollution caused by the coal-fired emissions of SO2, NOx and Hg,dry technology of united desulfurization and denitrification be provided with a lot of advantages,such as high efficiency ,low cost ,no secondary pollution and easy layout and so on. Especially as a new catalytic carbonaceous adsorbents,activated coke / carbon itself possess the properties of non-polar,hydrophobicity,higher chemical stability and thermal stability,so that it be able to activation and be improved.With the addition of activated coke / carbon having the catalytic ability,load performance,reducing property and characteristic pore structure and surface chemical properties,which determined the very good congenital conditions of activated coke / carbon to be a desulfurization and denitration agent.
Although foreigners had started to develop activated coke in the 1960s,both domestic and overseas have commenced to do research about applying activated coke to gas cleaning and have made some achievements in recent years.These researches mainly about removal of single pollutants,but the adsorption oxidation besides mercury researches were fewer.In addition,the situation of simultaneous removal of SO2/NOx/Hg is quite complex,the related researches are much fewer by now,therefore there have been more problems to be exploratied deeply.
This project put forward the technical solution of using activated coke/carbon to remove SO2/NOx/Hg simultaneously,in addition exploratied surface adsorption processes and adsorption mechanism and removal performance deeply.These researches of this project extended the environmental application prospect,which activated coke / carbon as a kind of new materials in air pollution control engineering simultaneous removal of kinds of pollutants,it will be a critical watershed for the development and domestication of coal-fired pollutant treatment technology in China.
