摘 要:本文是设计管翅式4吨燃气锅炉烟气热回收装置。设计中首先已知锅炉出口烟气的参数,根据管翅式换热器的相关特性以及设计范围,进行换热器的热力计算和系统设计,确定换热器的换热面积和整体布局。在换热器的热力计算中,首先根据锅炉燃烧产物的计算结果及其出口烟气的状态,确定换热器的露点温度,接着再根据露点温度分别进行非冷凝段和冷凝段换热量的计算,确定其换热系数以及管中水的质量流量和截面温度。根据非冷凝段和冷凝段的换热量以及换热系数可以分别确定换热器的换热面积和管长。最后在光管计算的基础上,通过翅片效率和肋化系数的计算,对加装翅片后的管长进行修正。根据修正后的管长最终确定换热器的布局,本文是采用叉排的排列方式,对管束进行布置,并结合实际情况,为提高换热器烟气热回收的安全性和可行性,进行校核计算。从设计中,我们可以了解到非冷凝段的管长要大于冷凝段的管长,以及加装翅片后,增加其换热面积可以减小管长,节约材料。

Abstract:This paper is to design 4 tons finned tube gas boiler flue gas heat recovery device. Design of boiler flue gas exports of the first known parameters, according to heat exchanger tube wing related characteristics and design range, the heat exchanger thermodynamic calculation and system design, determine the heat exchanger area and the overall layout. In the heat exchanger thermodynamic calculation, first of all, according to the results of the boiler combustion products and export gas state, determine the heat exchanger dew point temperature, then according to the dew point respectively for the condensate temperature and the cooling section of the calculation of the heat transfer, determine the heat transfer coefficient and the quality of the water flow and section temperature. According to the non-condensable section and condensing segment of the heat transfer and heat transfer coefficient can respectively determine the heat exchanger area and length of tubes. Finally in the light of the calculation based on the tube, through the fin efficiency and side of the coefficient calculation, to add fin length of the amended. According to the length of the revised finally determined the layout of the heat exchanger, this paper is to use fork row of arrangement, gave out to decorate, and connecting with the practice, in order to improve the safety of the heat exchanger flue gas heat recovery and feasibility, check out calculation.From the design, we can understand the non-condensable period length should be greater than the length of the condensation period, and add the fin, increase the heat transfer area can reduce length of tubes, and save materials.
