摘要:本设计为年产量200万吨生铁的高炉炼铁车间。设计中采用两座1430m³的高炉,送风系统采用每座高炉配备3座内燃式热风炉,煤气处理系统采用湿法电收尘,上料系统采用料车上料。

设计的主要内容包括炼铁工艺计算(包括配料计算、物料平衡和热平衡)、高炉炉型设计、高炉各部位炉衬的选择、炉体冷却设备的选择、原料系统、送风系统、煤气处理系统和炼铁车间的布置等。另外为了更加具有科学性,本设计参考了国内外的相似高炉的生产经验和数据。

ABSTRACT:The design for the blast furnace ironmaking plant with an annual output of 2 million tons of pig iron. The BF two 1428.75m ³ design, supply air system uses a furnace equipped with 3 internal combustion hot stove, gas treatment system using a dry cloth bag dust removing, feeding system using skip charging.

   The main contents include the ironmaking process calculation (including burden calculation, material balance and heat balance), blast furnace, blast furnace lining design of each part of the selection, furnace cooling equipment selection, material system, ventilation system, gas treatment system and iron workshop layout etc.. In addition to more scientific, the reference to a similar blast furnace at home and abroad production experience and data for the design of.
