摘要:电子政务会产生行政思想与办公方式上的一场革命，政府是国家监管国家的部门。它自身展开电子化政府建设，将对政府监管的现代化有帮助，政府可变为办公网络自动化新型机构。利用互联网这种方便、快速的通信手段，能让社会大众速度知道政府机关的构成、职责、办事程序和各种政策法规，自觉接受社会大众的监督，并增加政府办事执法的透明度。在政府内部，所有部门都能用网络来共建共享信息资源，政府部门的各类文件和社会经济数据都以数字形式存贮于网络服务器中，都可利用计算机的快速检索查询、立马用立马调。这样不仅可以高效办事、提高质量及标准，又能节约政府的开支，并起到了一定的倡廉反腐效果。本文所探究的是电子政务信息资源共享现状、问题及其应对策略。一项技术的发展，必定会不断更新、升级，那么相对于此它的问题也会逐渐出现，因此，人们要从它的产生、背景、发展现状等等入手，对产生的问题一一击破。

Abstract:E-government will bring a revolution of the office administrative concept and mode， government itself to begin electronic government affairs as the national management，will help the government management be modernization，realize government office be networking, electring, automating. By this kind of cheap and quick means of communication via the Interne，Can let the public know the government authorities and the composition, responsibilities, procedures, and a variety of policies and regulations, and consciously accept the supervision of the public, and increase the transparency of government management law enforcement. Into the government，each department can realize the co-construction and sharing of information resources，by the network of government authority file, archives, social economic data are stored in digital form on a web server，can by the computer retrieval mechanism fast query、use namely. Not only improve efficiency、quality and standards，also can reduce government spending，saving and anti-corruption. And I explore e-government information resources sharing the current situation、problems and coping strategies. A technology be developing，will continuously update、upgrade、and it is relative to this problem also gradually appear，so， we should from its background、development present situation，and so on，solve the problems one by one separately.

本文提出了建设服务型电子化政府必要性的观点，分析了中国电子政务当前的背景和不足，例举了亲身经历的服务型政府平台的案例，并详细介绍了本人实习单位平台的功能和现状以及采取过的相应措施，并进行了简单的安全性分析，最后提出了本文的观点：采取的措施，希望为更好地发展电子政务进言献策。
