摘要:中国成为当前反倾销的最大受害国，这已是不争的事实。近年来，国际贸易总体形势不景气，反倾销已成为贸易保护的重要工具。中国自加入WTO以来，外贸出口持续增长，与国外相同产业的竞争加剧，导致很多国外反倾销诉讼产生，许多中国外贸产业受到不同种程度影响，中国成为当前反倾销的最大受害国，这已是不争的事实。而中国外贸产业中纺织品出口产业受到的反倾销影响尤为严重，本题目通过以广州纺织品进出口集团有限公司为代表的中国纺织品企业受到欧美市场反倾销现状，以及反倾销原因分析，为我国纺织业对外贸易构思更多的反倾销应对政策。

Abstract:Nowadays, china has become the biggest victimized country of anti-dumping and this is the fact that can not be disputed. In recent years, the situation of International trade was depression, and anti-dumping has become an important implement of trade protection. Since China accession to the WTO, the increasing of trade export and also aggravated the competition of the same industry in the foreign country. And that is the reason such many foreign produced the anti-dumping litigation. That lead our International trade had suffered different influence.It is the fact that China has become the biggest victimized country and especially the industry of textile export.In this topic, I hope through to the current situation of the Chinese textile conduct influence by the European and American market anti-dumping, and analyze the reason of the anti-dumping. And consider more corresponding policy to International trade of the textile industry in our country.

中国自加入WTO以来，外贸经济得到了高速的发展，但也迎来了许多严峻的挑战。中国纺织业就是一个典型，纺织业生产，出口贸易成熟，但由于中国劳动力廉价成本低廉，以及中国现阶段企业，行业协会以及政府政策法规的为全面发展完善，纺织业面对频繁反倾销指控这个严重的课题。有效规避反倾销，不仅需要宏观层面建立完善行政法规，加强对外贸易调控，也要从微观层面改造我国的出口行业，才能面面俱到，改善频繁遭遇反倾销指控的局面，才能更好的发展我国的外贸经济。
