摘要:校企合作是大中专院校谋求自身发展、实现与市场接轨、大力提高育人质量、有针对性地为企业培养一线实用型技术人才的重要举措，其初衷是让学生在校所学与企业实践有机结合，让学校和企业的设备、技术实现优势互补、资源共享，以切实提高育人的针对性和实效性，提高技能型人才的培养质量。随着中国旅游业的稳步发展，星级酒店越来越多，产生了大量的劳动缺口。校企合作在酒店行业有着非常重要的地位。但在经济飞速发展的年代，学校和企业之间如何达到一个平衡，如何让学生在酒店里真正的得到锻炼而企业又能发展到一个新的高度？本论文以长隆酒店为例论述如何发展校企合作。

校企合作，共同培养社会与市场需要的人才，发挥学校和企业的各自优势，有助于加强学校与企业的合作，教学与生产的结合。校企双方互相支持、优势互补、资源互用、互相渗透、双向介入、利益共享，是实现职业教育现代化，促进生产力发展，使教育与生产可持续发展的重要途径。由此可见，经济及企业发展的有效手段、产学结合是促进科技，校企合作是办好教育，培养生产、建设、管理、服务一线人才的重要途径。
首先，校企合作模式可以帮助学生获得工作经验，帮助他们顺利就业。在人才市场上，大多单位招聘的职位要求都是要有一定的工作经验，这对已经在学校连续学习15年的我们来说是不可能的，但通过校企合作、工学结合，按照企业实际的生产和服务要求参加工作实践，获取工作经验，学生在校期间就具备了企业等用人单位录用新员工所需的工作经验。
其次，校企合作模式能够有效提高学生的职业能力，使毕业生尽快适应社会的脚步。在实习期间，学生参与工作实践，有利于培养吃苦耐劳的、精神爱岗敬业，增强对岗位、职业的感情，较早地接受企业文化的熏陶。同时把书本上的知识和实际中的经验结合，使学校的教学质量得以真正提高，更重要的是，学生的动手能力、综合分析能力、独立完成工作的能力和应变能力等这些职业岗位能力得到了很好的培养和锻炼，这是岗位实践活动以外任何形式无法完成的。
再次，校企合作模式能够及时帮助学生掌握社会的最新动态，懂得劳动创造收入的道理，实现学生就业和企业用工的顺利对接。使他们在实际生产和服务过程中，知道自己要在企业中成为怎样的一名员工，了解企业聘用新员工的意向，从而规划好自己的职业未来同时，通过校企合作，使学校了解到企业的实际动态，因地制宜改变教学战略和方向，更好的引导学生顺利走出校园迈向社会，为国家做出贡献，创造自己美好的人生。
