摘要:在市场竞争日益激烈的当今，我国企业保持着强有力的发展势头，但是在现阶段依然有很多企业在发展过程中跟不上高速发展的节奏脚步，企业的投资结构存在着各种的问题。然而投资是企业发展的重要方式之一，研究投资结构问题对企业意义十分重大。因此，解决企业投资结构问题并优化企业投资结构是目前我国企业持续发展的重要任务，只有通过对企业投资结构问题的探究分析和改良，企业才能最大限度获得投资所带来的回报。
本文通过文献查阅、图表分析、数据分析等方法对企业投资结构问题进行了较为深入的研究。首先，分析了企业投资结构存在的问题和影响因素；再者，通过结合对海安苏中建设有限公司投资结构的分析，指出该企业的投资结构现状的问题及原因；最后，得出该企业的最佳投资结构优化方法，并提出有利于企业发展的新型投资结构方式。

Abstract:In an increasingly competitive market today, enterprises maintained a strong momentum of development in our country, but at present there are still many enterprises in the process of development steps can't keep up with the rhythm of the high speed development, enterprise's investment structure there are all kinds of problems. Investment is one of the important ways of enterprise development, however, the investment structure of significant importance to the enterprise. Therefore, solve the problem of corporate investment structure and optimize the investment structure is an important task of current our country enterprise sustainable development, only through a study on corporate investment structure problem analysis and improvement, brought by the enterprise to obtain maximum investment return.
In this paper, through the literature consult, chart analysis, data analysis and other methods to the enterprise investment structure has carried on the thorough research. First of all, the paper analyzes the problems existing in the investment structure and influence factors; Moreover, by combining analysis of haian middle construction co., LTD., the investment structure, points out problems and the reasons of the present situation of the enterprise investment structure; Finally, the optimum investment structure optimization method of the enterprise, and puts forward some new investment structure conducive to the development of enterprises.
