摘要：国家战略下的国家级新区的成立以及建设使之在各项创新改革与制度探索工作中都得到国家和人民的大力支持。因此，国家级新区自建立以来，发展成果显著。
随着国家级新区经济的迅速发展，发展中的优越性明显显现，但也不乏有发展不平衡的情况出现，如何才能保证国家级新区平稳较快发展，寻找出适合不同新区的经济发展模式成为目前急需解决的问题。因此，通过对发展几乎成熟的浦东新区、滨海新区、两江新区的经济发展模式对比分析，总结出各新区经济发展的现状、成就及特征，并提出优化国家级新区经济发展的可行性建议，将促使国家级新区的健康化发展，为新成立的国家级新区发展提供有效参考，提出适合新区发展的经济模式建议。
本文以两江新区、浦东新区、滨海新区三大新区的经济发展模式的比较为切入点，从大量的数据资料和客观实际中分析归纳出三大新区的发展现状和效果及差异，并在此基础上对三大新区的要素驱动、要素组合以及要素组合理念进行分析，最后针对三大新区在发展过程中现存的一些问题提出可行性的建议，对国家级新区的经济发展有一定的研究价值和现实意义。
