摘要：本文通过分析高校后勤社会化改革的背景，正确认识高校后勤社会化改革的现状，以及目前改革中存在的问题，并分析出这些问题产生的原因找出解决问题的办法，使得我国高校后勤社会化改革的进程进一步深化，同时通过对国外高校后勤管理成果的借鉴比较，最终达到推动我国高校后勤社会化改革进入历史性新阶段的目标。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the background of the reformation of socialization of logistics in college and university, so that we can know the present condition of the reformation and the problem that we meet during the reformation and conclude the reason of these problems, then find the way to solve it. As a result, the reformation of socialization of logistics in college and university can be further developed. Meanwhile, the aim of promoting the reformation of socialization of logistics in college and university to a new stage can be realized when compare with the foreign reformation.

我国高校后勤社会化改革是历史发展的必然，也是一个不断探索、发展、完善的过程，需要政府、高校和社会各方的共同努力，虽然目前我国高校后勤社会化改革中还存在一些问题，后勤还没有完全实现社会化，但实践告诉我们，我国后勤社会化发展的未来是光明的，新世纪新阶段、我国高校后勤社会化改革必将达到一个更高的发展水平。
