摘要:全球经济一体化后，国与国之间的生产经营活动越来越频繁。如果重庆民营企业想要立足当下，就必须参与国际化竞争。现在，越来越多的重庆民营企业开始探索国际化经营的道路。但是大多数重庆民营企业自身存在着不足，同时社会服务体系和法律机制不够健全等，造成了一些民营企业在国际化经营中的失败。如何正确选择经营战略使自己在激烈的国际市场中拥有一席之地，已经是重庆民营企业亟待解决的问题。针对这些问题，本文结合重庆民营企业的实际情况提出了培养涉外经营人才、进行国际化联合经营、提高企业的核心竞争力、健全法律体系、加快信息化建设和大力发展电子商务等多项对策。重庆民营企业以此走出国门，希望能在广阔的国际市场上取得更多的成功。

ABSTRACT:After the global economic integration, the production and business operation activities between countries become more and more frequent. Chongqing private enterprises want to base on the present, you must participate in international competition. Now, more and more private enterprises of Chongqing began to explore the road of international operation. Most of the Chongqing private enterprise existence of insufficiency, and social service system and the imperfect legal system is not sound, caused some private enterprises in the international operation failure. How to choose management strategy that it make to a place in the fierce international market. It has been Chongqing private enterprises need to be addressed. To solve these problems, this paper puts forward to improve enterprise's core competitiveness, cultivating talents, foreign -related business in international joint venture, perfecting the legal system, to speed up the information construction and the countermeasures to develop the electronic commerce, etc. Chongqing private enterprises to go abroad . I hope to be able to in the vast international market get more success.

在经济全球化、信息化、高新技术迅速大发展的国际大环境中，本文以重庆民营企业的发展现状、存在问题、解决对策为结构顺序，分析讨论了国际化经营现状、问题及对策。本文共分四节：第一节：绪论；第二节：重庆民营企业国际化经营；第三节：重庆民营企业国际化经营面临的问题；第四节：重庆民营企业国际化经营的对策建议。为保证研究目标的顺利实现，本文通过文献研究法、数理分析法和比较研究法等来分析重庆民营企业在国际化经营中存在的问题并提出相应的对策，促使民营企业能在国际道路越走越好。
