摘要：随着中国经济的快速发展，越来越多的国外餐饮企业进入到中国。国外大企业、大品牌的涌入，使企业间的竞争趋向于白热化。虽然我国本土餐饮业发展前景可观，但是由于我国餐饮连锁经营受众多因素影响仍存在不足，仍有很多需要学习的地方。本文通过分析连锁经营的经营模式及特点，探讨餐饮连锁经营的现状，研究其发展趋势，从而提出我国餐饮连锁经营的对策。
