摘要：近年来，我国服务贸易水平正在快速发展，服务贸易的规模迅速扩大、国际地位不断提升、全面发展格局初步形成，但与此同时也存在着结构不平衡、其市场过于集中等问题，这些问题都需要妥善应对。本文首先分析了服务贸易的发展方向和结构。并在此基础上进一步分析了服务贸易存在的诸多问题，例如法律法规不健全，人才匮乏，管理落后等。最后针对以上问题进行解决以加快苏州服务贸易发展。

Abstract： In recent years， the level of service trade has developed rapidly. And the scale of service trade has expanded rapidly. Also international stature rises and all-round development pattern has taken shape. But at the same time， there are still many problems existed in service， such as unbalanced structure， market concentration. These problems need to be properly dealt with. This paper first analyzes the direction and the structure of service trade quantities. On this basis， it analyses the problems of service trade， such as unsound laws ， lack of talents， poor management， etc. Finally， this thesis delineates how to solve the above-mentioned problems so as to speed up the development of service trade in Suzhou..
