摘要:21世纪，世界经济的一个突出特点——基于信息产业为重点的高新技术产业，成为促进经济发展的中坚力量。当代信息技术的普及，尤其是跨境电子商务的壮大，使得跨境贸易生产，贸易和竞争方式在世界各地的发展特别是开发方面的发展已经经历了非常巨大的变化，在经营方式，管理和外贸企业的国际竞争力方面构成了很多机遇与挑战并存的局面。面对跨境电子商务的来势汹汹，其在国际贸易中所扮演的角色越来越重要，我国在国际贸易中应当如何适应新形势，顺势而行，取长补短，以实现持续、高效、规范、长足的发展，已经成为不得不重视的课题。
全篇论文主要分为如下几分块：第一部分是文献综述；第二部分是对跨境电子商务的发展背景的介绍；第三部分分析跨境电子商务在国际贸易中的发展情况；第四部分简述我国对外贸易在跨境电子商务背景下的发展近况；第五部分主要分析了中国对外贸易的所受的影响，以及在跨境电子商务背景下所产生相应的变化；第六部分分析跨境电子商务的壮大给我国的对外贸易所带来的机会和阻碍和最后一部分简单提出我国在跨境电子商务环境下发展对外贸易的策略建议。
本文就跨境电子商务在国际贸易中所起的作用、机遇和挑战方面进行了分析，并从战略角度着手寻找面对挑战的积极对策，对于如何适应新形势和面对因由跨境电子商务的壮大而产生的困境提出了一些简单的思路，希望对现有跨境电子商务形势下的国际贸易开展业务或即将开展业务提供一点参考价值。
