摘要：CBX2-1基因的表达对其他一些基因的转录有抑制作用，本研究将CBX2-1基因分为3段，研究其3段基因的作用。目的：完成CBX2-1基因和PGEX-4T-3载体的构建与表达，及蛋白质的提纯，为进一步研究 CBX2-1基因的作用做基础。方法：PCR;酶切；连接；转化；超声，GST pulldown。结果：CBX2-1基因以正确的阅读框架插入PGEX-4T-3载体，CBX2-1的3段基因在大肠杆菌中表达，将蛋白质从大肠杆菌中提取出来。

Abstract: CBX2-1 the expression of genes to some other gene transcription have inhibition, this study will CBX2-1 gene into three section, and study the 3 segments of genetic function. Objective: to complete CBX2-1 genes and PGEX-4 T-3 carrier construction and expression, and protein purification for further research CBX2-1 the action of the genes do basic. Methods: PCR; Enzyme cut; Link; Conversion; Ultrasound, GST pulldown. Results: CBX2-1 gene in the correct reading frame insert PGEX-4 T-3 carrier, CBX2-1 3 period of gene expression in escherichia coli, protein extracted from e. coli.
