摘要：排球垫球是衡量一个学生对排球运动水平的一个最基本的标准，排球垫球垫好了也就可以说已经基本掌握了排球这一项运动，以德宏州民族第一中学初一、初二学生为研究对象，通过文献资料法、对比实验法、逻辑分析法，对中学生中考排球作出分析。通过排球自垫球与对墙垫球这两种方式的对比，发现对墙垫球更能反映出学生真实的垫球基本功。然而每一种考核方式都不是完美的，都需要在此基础上不断完善，本文想通过对排球自垫球和对墙垫球两种考核方式的浅析来得出一个准确的结论。

ABSTRACT：Volleyball is a measure of the standard of a student a basic level of volleyball, volleyball pads also can be said has basically mastered a sport of volleyball to school first day of the Dehong Prefecture nation two daysstudents as the research object, literature, compared to the experimental method, logical analysis, an analysis of the test volleyball in high school students. Volleyball since the pad the ball and cushion the ball against the wall comparison of these two methods and found to reflect students' true basic mat ball better ball on the wall pad.
