摘要:随着时代的发展，社会的进步，社区体育应运而生。社区是城市建设的基础，社区体育是全面建设小康社会、落实全民健身计划、提高人民生活质量的重要保证。它是我国体育事业的重要组成部分，直接关系到占全国人口绝大多数人的身心健康、体格健美与快乐幸福的生活。社区体育的发展程度，标志着我国社会的文明程度。社区体育建设与发展研究既是我国社区建设研究的重要问题，也是今后我国构建和谐社会的体育发展热点问题。也必然成为一个国家社会制度是否优越和民族文明程度高低的一个重要标志。因此深入持久地开展社区体育，将必然对我国社会主义物质文明和精神文明建设产生积极的现实作用和深远影响。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等方法对蒙自市南湖社区、绿茵社区的社区体育组织管理、社区体育人口比例、社区体育场地设施、居民社区体育消费水平、拥有社会体育指导员数量等方面进行了调查和研究，为蒙自社区体育的发展提出合理化建议。从而使蒙自市社区体育朝更好的方向发展，为全民健身计划服务。社区体育是社区文化的重要组成部分，而社区文化又是建设和谐社会的基础，因此蒙自市社区体育的开展将会成为发展和谐蒙自的重要一步。

ABSTRACT:With the development of the Times as well as that of society, community sport emerges at the moment. Community is the basis of city construction, therefore, community sport become to play a crucial role in building well-off society in an all-around way, implementing the plan of fitness and improving people’s quality of life. Community sport is a vital part of our national sports, which related directly to physical and psychological health, well-built shape and happy life of most of people in our nation. Development degree of community sport symbolizes that of our country’s civilization. Development and building of community sport is not only an important issue for our national community building, but also a hot issue for sports’ development in harmony society construction, and it will certainly be an important mark to show national system superiority and people’s civilization degree. Based on those, developing community sport deeply and continually will bring a long-run and positive impact on our country’s socialist material civilization and spiritual civilization construction. Document literature checking method, questionnaire survey method and interview method are going to be adopted to make a research on community sports’ management, ratio of people, facilities, consumption level and the number of instructors in Mengzi city’s South Lake community, Lvyin community so as to come up with some advice to boost local development of community sport, and to serve for plan of fitness implementing. Community sport is a vital part of community culture, at the same time community culture is the basis of harmony society construction. Due to this, community sport building in Mengzi city will be the key step to construct a harmony city.
