摘要:本文查阅文献资料、走访专家学者获得理论背景支持,通过访谈法、实地调查、问卷调查法对江宁区社区居民就田径运动的认识、态度和参加项目等进行问卷调查,得出田径在江宁社区里有着较强的群众基础,社区居民对田径运动功能作用的认识是多方面的,居民知道田径运动的健身作用,也能认识到田径运动在丰富生活、磨练意志、能缓解压力、娱乐等方面的功能。同时,发现江宁社区青少年比较喜欢激烈有竞技的运动项目,中老年比较青睐轻松一点的有氧运动。本文的研究结果旨在使最有实效和最廉价的田径运动在当今众多全民健身项目中以其自身优势,仍然保持着其在全民健身中的不可或缺的价值。

Abstract:Track and Field as the basis for the movement, which has a wide range of national fitness and good use of the mass base. It has easy to spread, the investment is small, economical and practical, comprehensive training, effective fitness advantage. Therefore, track and field should be the first choice of fitness activities and the main way. With the development, national health has become a topic of concern to one of the world, fitness is universal health guarantee. Track and Field as an ancient and long-standing sports, but also more and more attention. Track and Field in human history has been able to leave a deep mark and enduring, lies in its inherent charm and humanity continue to give it new meaning. Athletics is the foundation of the movement is closely related to people's lives with sports, but also enhance the people's health the most effective and cheapest sports projects. In 1995, the State Council promulgated the "National Fitness Program" and the people's sports consciousness has been further enhanced, and actively participate in exercise more and more people, mass fitness craze is a land of China wave after wave .

田径运动是由人们进行竞技和锻炼身体的走、跑、跳跃、投掷等身体练习所组成。它是最简单,最自然的身体练习。田径运动的顺利开展是国民整体身体素质提高的标志。建国以来,我国的学校体育和群众体育在不断蓬勃发展之中;但是,由于人们对田径运动的理解仅局限于竞技体育以及为比赛服务的基础上,忽视了其健身的重要价值,从而使它的开展受到一定的抑制。田径运动的存在形式主要是以走、跑、跳和投,这在我们日常生活中随处可见,并与我们的生活息息相关。随着人类社会的发展,田径运动已经逐渐发展成为一个独立的运动项目,在运动技术、教学方法、比赛规则、健身理论等方面都有自身的特点。实践证明,经常参加体育锻炼能有效促进人体血液循环,加快人体新陈代谢,协调神经系统与运动器官之间的联系,提高人体机能;并且能全面发展力量、耐力、速度、灵巧、协调等身体素质,从而促进人体正常的生长发育,增进身体健康水平。因此,田径运动在全民健身活动中起着举足轻重的作用。田径运动既然对不需要花消多少经费,又对人的身体有良好的健身效果,那么江宁区社区居民以其作为强身健体又如何,本文通过文献资料、问卷调查、实地考察等方法去研究,得出江宁区居民以田径运动作为健身的状况和田径运动对人身心的益处,以期使田径运动在全民健身中发挥更大的作用。
